The WLI Driver App is an asset tracking and temperature monitoring app for drivers.
To log in, you will need to enter your group id, driver id, and password. If you are not sure what to enter, please ask your Fleet Manager. Once completed, please click "LOGIN".
When you have logged in, you will be asked to select the vehicle you are in. You should see a list, like the one below. Just click the line with the name of the vehicle you are in. If the list is long, you may type in the filter at the top to find your vehicle in the list.
With a vehicle selected, you should see a list of RF Tags that are connected or have recently disconnected from your vehicle.
If temperature monitoring is included with your tag, you should also see the temperature reported by the tag as of the "Last Updated" time.
Here you can see that disconnected RF Tags will also display on your list - provided they have not connected to a different vehicle.
If you have temperature monitoring on your tags, you can click on a tag to see the tag's temperature history for the past 12 hours. Click the back button on the top left to return to the tag list.
On the top right, you will see a notification bell. If you click on the bell, you can see notifications. If you want to dismiss a notification, just swipe it away. Click the back button on the top left to return to the tag list.
Notification rules will need to be set up by your fleet manager, so if you are not getting notifications when you think you should, please contact your fleet manager.
Types of notifications include: disconnect alarms, asset left behind alarms, and temperature based alarms (like an asset being too hot or too cold).
If you need to switch vehicles or logout of the app, please click on the accordion/hamburger style button on the top left of the app.
This will display options to switch your vehicle, or log out of the app (in case someone else needs to log into and use the app).
Notifications should also appear in your notification bar, so if you are using another app while the WLI Driver app is running in the background, you will get notifications in your regular app notification bar.
