If your Fleet.NET account includes mapping, then you should be able to track your device.
However, tablet (or smartphone) settings could prevent your device from reporting to Fleet.NET. If you are using a BlueLink, then location services are dependent on the tablet's GPS and cellular registration. The tablet must have a valid GPS signal and must be in good cell coverage for it to be able to get and send it's location to Fleet.NET.
If you are using an old version of DriverLog, it may not prompt you to set your locating method to High Accuracy, which could also be the reason you are not getting a location ping on Fleet.NET.
Firstly, update your DriverLog application to the latest version available on the Google Play Store.
Second, set your Locating Method to "High Accuracy" (on some tablets this is called "GPS And WiFi only").
This setting can be found by dragging down from the top of the screen and long pressing "Location". First make sure Location Services are turned on, and then click on "Mode" and set it to "High Accuracy".
