The App Is Crashing, how do I fix this?

Please start by checking the Google Play store to see if you are on the latest version.

If you are not on the latest version (there will be an update button), please update the app, as we are constantly working to improve functionality and resolve bugs in the app. The update may resolve your issue.

If the issue persists, please log into the app, click on the menu icon in the top left, click "Send Problem Report", and fill in a brief description of what occurred leading up to the app crash.

If you cannot log into the app to send a problem report, please send an email with a description to: help@wlius.com
