Schedule

The Schedule Tab allows you to determine when any vehicle in a group will be expected to have maintenance performed. You may enter any number of maintenance items, and you can set a schedule that varies between vehicle categories. These schedules trigger with mileage or time passed.

How to Use

When you first enter this tab, it will have no schedules in it. You can add a new schedule using the "Add New Schedule" button at the bottom of the page.

Upon clicking the button, a dialog will open prompting you to name the new schedule. You may name it "Oil Change" or any other description that would help you to ensure the proper maintenance is done. Hitting "OK" will save the new schedule.

You will see this new schedule on the page, as well as a pencil icon for each vehicle category you have entered. Clicking the pencil below a vehicle category will allow you to set the schedule for that group.

After clicking the pencil, it will prompt you to enter a mileage and a time period. The schedule will trigger as the unit approaches either of these markers. When you are satisfied, hit the "Save" button.

After that, you will see the schedule you have set. You can change it by clicking the pencil icon again. The image below shows a more complete set of schedules.
