Reports are a powerful function that allow you to view more detailed information about your drivers and their hours of service logs.
Opening a Report
Enter the reports section. You may do this by logging in to your Fleet.NET account and clicking the "Reports" button in the top row. A typical HoS account will have four reports available, which you may view by selecting the report of your choice.
You may see what each report entails in the "Reports" section below.
1. HOS Daily Report - Select a driver and a date range, then click the "Open Report" button. This report will tell you how many miles were driven that day, as well as the time spent On Duty - Not Driving state, time spent in the Driving state, and total time on duty.
2. HOS Summary Report - Select a driver or all drivers, a date range, as well as if you wish to only view submitted or unsubmitted logs. Then click the "Open Report" button. This report will tell you all information in the HOS daily report, as well as time spent in the Off Duty and Sleeper Birth states. It will also inform you if that driver's logs have been submitted.
Note: You may configure this report to be automatically sent to your email. To do so, click the "Edit" button and enter the email address of the recipient or recipients in the "Sent to" field. You may then enter a subject line the email will be sent with, as well as how often the email will be sent.
3. HOS Log Report - Select a driver or all drivers, a date range, and then any events you wish to view. Then click the "Open Report" button. This report will tell you all events for the driver of your choice, the time and date the event occurred, the location it occurred, as well as any notes regarding the event.
4. DVIR Report - Select a driver or all drivers, and a date range. Then click the "Open Report" button. This report will give you a list of all pre-trip and post-trip inspections utilizing the Wireless Links DVIR app within the selected range that were performed by the selected driver. You may view the full report by clicking the date and time in the leftmost column.
